How To Order An Item
At the bottom of each product page is a box that shows the item's description, the unit price, and the number of items. Putting an item in your shopping cart places you under no obligation to purchase the product. When you update your total or click on the "Checkout" button, you are transferred to the "Address Entry" page. After entering your shipping address, you are transferred to the "Payment Method" page. Here, on this secure page, the shipping to US destinations is displayed, and you may select Visa, Mastercard, or select "Pay by Check".
The list of items that you've selected is maintained in the Order Box at the bottom of each Product Page. You can easily remove items or change quantities there.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened or defective music CD, DVD, or VHS tape for a full refund. If you would like to make a return, please email email@example.com for more information and specific instructions. Shipping fees are not always refundable.
Yes, we do offer Wholesale Pricing. Feel free to email us with your inquiries on our wholesale pricing structure. Review this site for your needs. When you are ready to place a wholesale order, please email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide company name, contact name, address, phone number, email address, and tax-exempt number with your order. Note that the Product Pages list retail prices only.
Shipping in the US
The order process includes a calculation of the shipping charges to the US address that you have specified. Shipping is by US Postal Service. If you pay by credit card we will ship within 24-48 hours after you place your order, unless otherwise contacted. If you pay by check we will ship your order after we receive your check. Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. For security purposes we only ship to your credit card's billing address.
We will gladly ship internationally, unless shipments are restricted by law. To determine eligibility for international shipping, please e-mail us. We will promptly send an e-mail to you to both confirm your order and provide your shipping charges. Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer.
When you make a purchase on rtproductions.com, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For credit card purchases, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. This information is not necessary if paying by check.
